How does the AI room design work?
ReRoom AI uses advanced AI image generation to transform your uploaded photo based on the design style you select. Simply upload a clear photo of your room or outdoor space, pick one of our 15 styles, and the AI generates a photorealistic redesign in seconds.
Are my photos stored? Who can see them?
Your photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are never shared with third parties or displayed publicly. You can delete your photos and design history at any time from within the app settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's store settings:

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ReRoom AI → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → ReRoom AI → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you'll retain access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.
iOS: Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android: Contact Google Play Support through the Play Store app.

Why does my generated design not look exactly right?
AI design quality is sensitive to the input photo. For best results, use a well-lit, clear photo that shows the full room. Very dark photos, extreme angles, or low-resolution images may produce less accurate results. Try taking a new photo with better lighting and re-generate for improved output.
Can I regenerate a design?
Yes! After a design is generated, you can tap the "Regenerate" button to get a fresh AI interpretation of the same photo and style. Each generation is unique, so you may get different results each time.
How do I save or share my design?
After your design is generated, you'll see Save and Share buttons on the result screen. Tap Save to download the image to your device's photo library, or tap Share to send it via any app installed on your phone.
Where can I find my past designs?
All your generated designs are saved to your History tab within the app. You can browse, revisit, re-download, or delete any past design from there. Tap the thumbnail to view the original photo comparison, or the trash icon to delete a design.
The app is crashing or not working. What do I do?
First, try closing and restarting the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (your account data will be restored). If you're still experiencing issues, please email us at support@reroomai.app with your device model, iOS/Android version, and a description of the problem.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing support@reroomai.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - ReRoom AI". Please include your account email. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm when complete.
Is ReRoom AI available on both iOS and Android?
Yes! ReRoom AI is available on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Download it free on either platform and subscribe to unlock unlimited designs.
